Default Using ftp for Korean hosting

First of all thanks a GREAT DEAL to all of you for your assistance in getting me to this point. I am a novice so please bear with me.
I down loaded Filezilla so now I will proceed with uploading.
I received all the relevant information for uploading in my email. Thanks.

Sorry about being out of touch for so long.
I tried to load file zilla on to a pc and I got a message saying "Filezila 3.1.3_win32-setup.exe is not a valid win32 application". What do I do now?

I just re-downloaded the filezila and got it to load onto the pc. The Filezila tutorial says that "Username and password should be provided to you in Login Information e-mail from VELNET".
    Should I have this already?

    Ok your ftp ID is
    learnhow
and in your case the ftp password must be the same password as you use to connect to client area.

I am online please let me know if you eventually connect.

I have an email telling me my "ftp Id" and my "ftp password". Isthis the same as the "user" and "password" I type into the Filezila "Site Manager" form?
