Can't ping to my VPS please help

I am using your VPS . I Am very satisfied and the connection is OK but it seems I can not use my monitoring system.I Can not ping to my VPS. Is there any firewall installed?

Hi

This is a common practice for Virtual private servers in South Korea

With our company as well as many other companies. If you need to solve this restriction
the only way is to get a dedicated server.

Please note we have already answered this in our FAQ Page, Trouble shooter area in our Support center as well as the first instruction email you received about your VPS.

if you try to ping most Korean Websites you will note that pinging is not possible.
