Hello,
I read in your domain registration section that "Korean Domain registration fees is only 28,000 Won a year". Why is it "only" more expensive for IB customers??
Thank you

Hi
If you are a resident of South Korea and you are using our hosting packages
Korean Domain registration fees is only 28,000 Won a year ( as long as you are using our hosting packages) we do this as a courtesy service. We are not a domain registrar
in this case we do this without any profit or very little profit . The company we use receives 28600 Won. some times they have some discounts down to 25000 won. Some times we might use other services and might be able to register a domain for 22,000 won. As we need to have a fix fee in our website and can not get live price information from their site we have this fix price.
Some Korean domains can only be registered to those who have a Visa and Alien registration certificate in this country. You need to be a resident.
If you are not a resident and on the other hand you are not using our hosting packages naturally we need to have some service fee.
On the other hand you can not get an English support , English billing invoice etc from a Korean registrar but with us you will be able to submit support tickets in English , Receive extension notification every year and pay in US Dollars with paypal. We are not aware of any other company in South Korea offering such a convenient services to foreign clients. Naturally to maintain this quality service we need to receive a service fee.
If you have any other question please fell free to ask
Regards
IB
