I ordered a VPS with your company it is about 15 Hours now but still my VPS has not been set up ? How long more should I wait? I even sent a support ticket but no response from you? Is there any body there?

Hi Yoobin It might take us up to 24 hours to set up a VPS if it is ordered on weekends or holidays but some times in working days too.
We always respond to our support tickets. What is your ticket # ?

When you send a support ticket to our Billing department

or Support Department

on the screen after submitting your support request you will see your Ticket Number Also you normally receive an auto response with your ticket details and Login information.

One question ! Have you recently checked your SPAM Folder , Junk folder etc
On working days ( Business hours) We normally set up a VPS very fast
Can you please verify this?

Please make sure you add all of our emails to your address book, Safe mail list
and Mark them "Not Spam.
