problem connecting with ftp

I tried the video.
I got as far as 연결 (Connect).

I got:

응답: 331 password required for ********
명령: PASS ****
응답: 530 login incorrect
오류: 치명적 오류
오류: 섭저에 연결할 수 없음

Out of all those code names and code words which have been floating around,
what do I put in place of 호스트, 사용자, and 비말번호?

is your domain name for example : mydomain.com



사용자 is your ID



and 비말번호 is your password

You didn't have to insult my intelligence by translating those words into English.

What I meant was, out of the myriads of code words which I have been supplied with, which code word goes in which field.

I looked through my in-box and found this:

Username: pe00000000000000000000
password: ---------------
domain:-------------

Do those those three code words go in those three fields?
If so, which goes in which?

For 로그온 형깃, it defaulted to 보통, so I left it that way.
For 사용ㄷ자, it defaulted to pentatonika, so I left it that way.
For 비밀 번호, I put in my password like I understand that you told me to.
Now I got "530 Login incorrect" again.
What do I do now?

see are you using filezilla english or Korean?

It came out in Korean, but I assume it has all the same directory items in the same places.

If you are using filezila Korean that is what you should do

in the top left you will see 편집

click on it and you will see 설정

click on it and a window opens in the window left part find 언어

click on it then choose English and click 확인 button which will make your whole software
English

Okay, now I see a row at the top which says "host," "username," password," and "port" but the guess work is still just as difficult as it was when everything was in Korean.

Did you watch the video we sent you before?

Host is your domain name without www

user name is the username we sent you which is pe****nik

Please note your user name is not pen****nika it does not have the last letter A

Your password which we sent you in last support ticket.

and all other settings is default. You would have no problem if you put the information correct.

I put in "pe********ika.net," "pen*******nika," and the password you gave me,
and I got the "530 Login incorrect" message again.
The problem is not in understanding Korean.
The problem is in guessing what to put in those three fields.
Unless I get some instruction regarding what to put in those three fields, it could take me a million years to hit on the right three guesses.

I have been having trouble getting Filezilla to appear as an icon on my Desktop.
Can you tell me how to do that?
After I get Filezilla on my desktop, I think I'll call it a day.

are you using korean windows or English widnows

the location is the same

in Korean windows go to 시작

click and find 프로그램 then find filezilla
put your mouse on the icon and while you press CTRL key click and drag the icon to your desktop

that is for any software which you want an icon .
