Hi. I uploaded a PHP.index file. I uploaded just the index.php file unto the public folder of my site, not the rest of the files, just to see it load up, but it didn't load as expected. In explorer it says “File not found” and in firefox it shows a few bits of code above and below a coloured strip. I tried another template and it says "Direct Access to this location is not allowed ". Could you tell me if I did something wrong.

Thanks.

Hi

can you send me the direct link (exact direct link ) to the php file which does not work?
if you can not send the direct link here just send it in support ticket.

I will have a look by myself.

Hi. the adress of the folder containing the file is..........
the adress of the fiale itself is0000000000
Perhaps there is something wrong with the files I downloaded.
They can be found at0000000000000
ileinfo&filecatid=7&parent=folder
If there is, i'll try the broad version- it might work...

Hi

The link you sent was to your control panel not the URL to actual problem page
any way

I suggest you try to ask the community website related to that software.
I am sure you can find it.

See , Do they need you to make a database ? if so did you make one?

I downloaded the file and reviewed it.
Isn't it just a portal page for a community website?

It means that you need to first get your whole community website set up then
add that to it.

The downloaded file means nothing and by itself is not complete.
