A certificate, a tool of digital signature, consists of ‘Private Key’ and
authorized ‘Public Key.’ The certificate’s information is authenticated by a
trusted third party known as an official Certification Authority in Korea.
This is for protection of to electronic commerce
The certificate can be stored on smart card or USB key. It performs the
digital signature process such as encryption by private/public key pair.
Digital Signature plays the role of one’s signature or seal impression to
verify the identity of the persons engaged in any transaction over the
Internet.
Certification Authority is an institute authorized by Ministry of Information and
Communication, which issue and manage certificates based on real name
verification.
I hope this has helped.:)

Well you have to make sure it does not happen but do not worry just by your digital
certificate they can't do it. Bank gives you a set of passwords which is not stored in your computer.
You have it in your hand.:)
