Hello

Price is not everything!

1. Try to Understand the differing types : shared, collocated, unmanaged and manage dedicated. In case your site is a newer domain, you won't need the raw power of a dedicated server unless your site is resource intensive , video etc

2. Go for stability, not just size. unmetered and unlimited space, doesn't mean you should just rely on that. .

3. The possession of fully redundant data centers.

4. Find out the availability of their systems administrators. Send them a support ticket and see how fast they respond.

5. Are they flexible? In the future, your needs might change. Can you upgrade services?

6. Make sure that the host does not have blacklisted IPs. The host that you want to do business with would not be one that promotes illegal sites, spammers, or other security issues.
7. maintain a clear and written understanding of all services . If questions still remain or some terms are unclear it is strongly advised that you ask for clarification.

I know in 2002 we were using liveperson one of the most famous and most expensive
Chat software.

Actually the problem is that for some strange reasons in Korea
webmasters and internet users do not chat the way it is done on websites outside of Korea.

Koreans prefer to pick up the telephone and make a call right away.:icon_lol:
Even now we have a chat program the Icon was in English pages
We have removed it but will restore it soon.
